Holidays | Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays as stipulated by Japanese law; total of 126 days per year. |

Salary | Determined in accordance with company salary regulations, based on experience and ability. |
Salary Increase & Bonus | Salary increase: once per year, Bonus: twice per year, Incentives available for outstanding individual performance |
